Delivery Guide
We’ve made our delivery process really straightforward. You can either pick up your flooring directly from
our warehouse or have us deliver it right to your door.
Showroom Visit
Come visit our showrooms and browse through all our flooring options. Our team will help you select exactly what you need and work out how much flooring you’ll require for your project.
Once you’ve made your choice, we’ll give you a detailed quote that includes the flooring cost and delivery charges, so you know exactly what you’re paying.
Payment and Booking
Ready to move forward? Great! You’ll need to finalize your payment to secure your flooring stock. This is when delivery charges apply (unless you’re picking up from our warehouse yourself).
We’ll also book your delivery date during this step, so you know exactly when to expect your flooring to arrive.
Delivery Day
On delivery day, our delivery team will give you an estimated arrival time so you’re not waiting around all day wondering when they’ll show up. They’ll bring your flooring right to your specified delivery address and help get it where you need it.
What To Expect On Delivery Day
Make sure someone’s available to receive the delivery – we want to make sure your flooring gets to you safely and doesn’t sit around unattended.
Getting ready on delivery
Think about where you want your flooring stored until you’re ready to install it. Make sure there’s clear access for our delivery team to bring the materials in, and that you have adequate space to store everything properly.
Keep the flooring in a dry, level area if possible – this helps maintain the quality until you’re ready to install.
