Choose your service

Start with the problem you need solved.

Some customers know the product. Others need help with room suitability, installation or quantities. These pathways keep the next step simple.

Showroom support

The service starts before the quote.

Bring plans, photos, rough room sizes or existing floor details. The showroom team can help narrow products and flag the details that affect price and installation.

Service process

A clear flooring job has six moving parts.

The goal is to remove the hidden uncertainty around subfloor, transitions, trims, wastage, boxes and install timing.

  1. 01 Clarify the rooms

Open living, wet areas, bedrooms, stairs and rentals each need a different product conversation.

  2. 02 Shortlist products

Use filters, showroom displays and hybrid samples where relevant to narrow colour and performance.

  3. 03 Measure correctly

Confirm room sizes, wastage, box coverage, transitions, stairs and installation direction.

  4. 04 Check the subfloor

Flatness, moisture, existing flooring and preparation can affect warranty, cost and finish.

  5. 05 Quote the full job

Product, trims, underlay, adhesives, delivery and labour should be visible before approval.

  6. 06 Install and handover

The final step includes transitions, cleanup, care instructions and warranty expectations.

What we clarify

The details that usually create confusion.

Clear expectations before the quote make it easier to compare options and avoid surprises later.

m2, boxes and wastage

Customers should understand why product is ordered by box and why wastage changes by pattern.

Trims and transitions

Doorways, stairs, skirting and adjoining floors can make or break the finished look.

Subfloor readiness

Preparation is often the difference between a good product and a good finished floor.

Right product for the room

Hybrid, timber, tile, carpet, vinyl and rugs each solve different problems.

Service questions

What customers ask before booking.

Can I order sample boxes for every product category?

No. The sample box experience is for hybrid flooring only. For rugs, carpet, tiles, timber and vinyl, the best next step is to compare products in a showroom.

Can National Floors install the products?

Yes. We can help with supply only or supply and install depending on product, room, location and site conditions.

What should I bring for a quote?

Bring rough measurements, photos of the current floor, plans if available, and any products or colours you already like.

Should I visit a showroom before booking installation?

It is strongly recommended. Seeing colour, texture, trims and product thickness in person helps avoid expensive mistakes.

Next step

Bring us the floor plan, photos or measurements.

We can help turn a rough idea into a practical product shortlist, quote direction and showroom visit plan.
