This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Terms and Conditions. Standard deliveries within Melbourne Metro are covered by a single flat-rate fee.

National Floors offers a standard flat-rate shipping fee of $280 for eligible online flooring orders delivered within the Melbourne Metropolitan Area only. This covers a single delivery trip with standard unloading access.

Orders requiring multiple delivery trips
Orders above 150m² may require multiple trips and no longer qualify for the standard rate. Our team will contact you before dispatch with a revised quote — you may accept or decline before processing.

National Floors does not offer showroom pick-up. All self-collection orders must be picked up from the relevant warehouse location. Pickup locations vary depending on the product ordered.

After payment, you will receive a pickup reference number before collection can be arranged. Please do not attend the warehouse before receiving confirmation from our team.
We offer flooring samples to help you make a confident purchasing decision. Samples are provided free of charge.
Shipping is charged at the actual cost from our third-party delivery providers — no handling fees or margins added. The final cost is clearly shown at checkout before payment.

To ensure safe and efficient delivery, please ensure the following conditions are met. Deliveries are generally made between 9:00am – 7:00pm.
The address must be safely accessible during the delivery window. If not, additional charges may apply.
All pets must be securely away from delivery access areas during delivery.

Customers are responsible for any parking fees, permits, or access charges associated with the delivery location.
If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances within the customer's control, re-delivery charges may apply. All charges are advised before re-delivery is arranged.
National Floors currently does not offer international shipping.
For information regarding returns and refunds, please review our Refund Policy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
