Getting new flooring is exciting! We’ve made the process simple and stress-free. Here’s how we’ll get your beautiful new floors installed.

Secure Deposit
Once you’ve chosen the flooring you want, you’ll need to put down a 10% deposit to secure your stock and book your installation date. This deposit ensures we have your flooring ready to go and locks in your preferred timing.

Installation Day
Our professional installation team will arrive with all your flooring and get to work. We handle the installation from start to finish.
Once we’re done, we’ll clean up the primary installation debris, but you’ll need to do a final clean with a spray mop and vacuum up any settling dust for health and safety reasons.

Getting Ready For Installation
If your house is occupied, you’ll need to clear out 1–3 rooms (we’ll let you know which ones ahead of time). Make sure there’s clear access for our team to bring in materials and work comfortably.
Our installers will give you a heads-up about when they’ll arrive. They show up with everything needed to get your floors looking amazing.
Settling In
We recommend giving your new floors a day to settle before moving heavy furniture back. Keep the temperature steady if possible, and remember that final cleaning step—it’s important for your health and the floor's longevity.
Ongoing Care
For ongoing care, vacuum or sweep regularly. Use a damp mop when needed but avoid soaking the floors. Pop some furniture pads under heavy pieces to prevent scratches.
