Your resume and the employment, education and work history it contains.

Information from referees, where you have provided their details and consented to us contacting them.

To assess your suitability for the role and communicate with you about your application.

To verify the information you have provided, including contacting referees.

To consider you for other suitable roles, where you have agreed.

To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

04
Disclosure

We may share your information with our management team, and with trusted service providers (such as IT and email providers) who help us run our recruitment process. We require these providers to protect your information.

We do not sell your personal information, and we will not disclose it for marketing purposes.

05
Storage, Security & Retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. If your application is unsuccessful, we will retain your details only for as long as is reasonably necessary, after which we will securely destroy or de-identify them — unless you have asked us to keep them on file for future opportunities.
