Aluminium C-Channel Trim - 3.4m

C-Channel Trims are used to cover the expansion gap around the perimeter of floating floors.

They create a clean finished edge where a floating floor needs movement space but the edge still needs to look neat and protected.

When to use this trim

• To cover the expansion gap around floating floors
• Along perimeter edges where a neat aluminium finish is preferred
• Where the floor edge needs to be capped or visually contained
• Hybrid, laminate, engineered timber and timber installations where the profile height matches the flooring thickness

Size and profile

Each C-Channel Trim length is 3.4 metres per length. The correct profile height depends on the thickness of the flooring being installed.

• Available profile heights: 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and 12mm

Standard colours

Standard colours are Black, Bronze, Silver and Champagne. These are aluminium trims with a durable coating and are the strongest choice for scratch resistance.

Matching colour trims

Custom matching colour trims are available by special order. Customers need to visit the showroom and choose from the available colour swatches so we can manually match the trim to the flooring colour.

Matching colour trims use an aluminium base with a timber-look vinyl wrap. They can blend beautifully beside timber-coloured floors, but the vinyl-wrapped finish scratches more easily than the standard coated aluminium colours.
